Nosh or Not

Nosh or Not of the Week

  1. Pretzel-infused ice cream with clusters of Ritz crackers, potato chips, pretzels and mini M&M. Ample hill the munchies.

  2. With the DQ Royal Blizzards I want them all especially the Strawberry Cheesecake one! My first thought was wow this reminds me of the B&J Core line! Speaking of which, PB and Cookies B&J I hated it and I drink almond milk. I also noticed how frozen it was, so I let it defrost for at least 10 min and it still scooped awfully! What a waste of $6! As far as more buttery crackers, I used to work with a girl who would dip her crackers into butter. It took all my energy not to get sick watching her! So I guess there’s a market for them. I read a few years back about an Asian trend of using toast to make ice cream sandwiches so the Ritz cracker idea isn’t too far off:

  3. Stilltasty.com told me my two month expired Brie en Croute is basically toxic waste at this point. Bummer.

Extra rough Triscuits! Love it. I am pretty much hooked on the Town House Focaccia line of crackers now, after I saw Eric reiterate his recommendation of them. I haven’t bought a box of Triscuits (my normal go-to cracker) since I tried them. I always wait until Eric doubles-down on his recommendation of something before I try it. 😛

All Dressed Ruffles — I liked them, but I wasn’t blown away. I felt about these like I felt about the Lay’s Sriracha. They basically just taste like BBQ chips to me.

Ecto Cooler — back in November, on Marvo’s initial posting of BK’s Frozen Surge, I posted “Hopefully someone at Coca-Cola is smart enough to resurrect Hi-C Ecto-Cooler for the movie cross-promotion.” They obviously read that and made it happen. You’re welcome, world 😉
